Horrible service. All the staff are extremely condescending and do not care at all. Save yourself the frustration and drive to Medicine Hat where they actually want to help you.
Worst service ever. Told me I could not do a class 6 road test there this year. Went to taber and did it and the examiner said he will be doing the class 6 road test here in Brooks the following week. Always poor service, seem like they enjoy to make things complicated.
Crappy service and arrogant staff. I was trying to get my Licence and Registration updated. The lady was unapproachable, absolutely a zero sense of humor and clueless overall. She flatly said "No." with a straight face to my questions! I don't know how do the management run the business with such rude, incompetent people not fit for client facing roles?
Terrible service. I went there to do the paperwork to get my son's passport (needed it right away). First, they refused to let my husband do the paperwork to get her son's passport (apparently, the mother HAD TO be there...). Then, when I went in (alone), they told me it was impossible to get my son's passport before 1 month, even though Vital Statistics had advised me to pay a fee to get every thing done in 48 hours. They refused to let me pay for that service and say in front of me that it was a stupid idea to pay for something that could not be done! I had to call Vital Statistics in front of them and tell the name of the operator I was talking with to get the service I was asking. After this terrible experience, I got my son's passport in three days, but not thanks to them! I can not believe the way they treat people there..
They're rudeless and rudeless, sometimes they don't know themself what are they doing, one day they say something on the next day they come with different Idea. I hate to do business with them.. I give them -4 points.
