I can't say enough about Shawna and the service department at Harwood. Had issue with my F150 on my way camping. It was Friday afternoon of may long weekend and they got my truck in ASAP to diagnose. They couldn't fix it that day and I dident expect it but they said they would get to it first thing Tuesday. They called me Tuesday afternoon and said it was done and it turned out to be bad workmanship at another dealer. The tech took his time to take photos for evidence to take back the other other dealer, and said if needed they can call and talk too harwood. Because of this the other dealer covered the bill of repairs and rental. If I dident live 3.5 HRs from brooks I would use them all the time. Thanks Again!

I bought a used Expedition in March. They advertised it as having remote starter and backup camera which was a lie. They gave me $200 off the price for that. After I got home and looked at the papers, they had replaced the engine and I was never informed. Another lie since the SUV was supposed to have 137,000 K and now we do not know how many Km really are on the engine. They put a bug shield to cover a big area where the paint is coming off on the hood. They sold me the SUV with snow tires, so I bought new summer tires and I stored the winter tires. When I got the snow tires out to install them this winter, they told me they were over 10 years old, cracked and unsafe... I thought being a Ford dealer would be a reputable place, far from the truth. My mistake, I should have inspected the vehicle. Just beware. UPDATE! They butchered the power steering line when they replaced the engine and I lost all fluid Jan 2018! Got if fixed, that is how I know about their great mechanic job! Also, the battery was so old it did not last 8 months. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEARLERSHIP! DO NOT USE THEIR SHOP!
Recently had my new f-150 in for a warranty repair and maintainence. Shawna in service was so great to deal with! She explained the repairs, booked it in quickly, had the parts ordered without any hassles and gave me a courtesy car so I wasnt stuck with kids at home! She called and checked in, let me know everything was going smoothly! She even let me know I had a minor recall I was unaware of and fixed that too! Just excellent customer service and because of her I will be back! I had felt burned with some services in previous years with Harwood ford but this time around was amazing! Thanks guys.
