I have taken my vehicles here for service for the last few months. I have never had better service than at Martin Chrysler. I go out of my way to go to this dealership. Highly recommend.
Not sure if this is good or bad but I spent 20 mins walking the lot and not a single sales person came out. Nice building though.

Pros: they had the truck I was looking for.Cons: Truck had large chip in the hood which was not disclosed during remote discussion while I was in Ontario. Specifically asked about damage.Owner/manager charged me for pick up at the airport even though he was picking up a car in the area. Had to go pick up the car with them.They didn't make the ownership changes, so after flying the redeye I had to go to the DMV to make the changes.Undisclosed: Xcel foods has a beef plant in this town which emits a foul smell. Had to get the truck professionally cleaned to get the smell out.
My car suddenly stopped turning over. I was extremely concerned since there were lots of lights on my dashboard. I called Martin Chrysler and they were extremely friendly and took me in right away. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and it turned out to be just my alternator. I've gone to them before and I can assure that they will not sell you something that you do not need. I am extremely happy with the service and am excited to pick up my vehicle again tomorrow. I'm confident that all the employees will be able to provide superior customer service, but, I have been dealing with Jaz, and he is terrific!
