Fast friendly service, best Pho in Brooks

If you want affordable Vietnamese food, this is the place to go in Brooks. I went on a quiet Saturday afternoon, and their menu consists of fairly standard deep fried appetizers, noodle soups (pho) and others. Prices are good given the quantity of food provided. It isn't the best pho, but it's acceptable.In terms of atmosphere, the outside and the inside look equally run-down. My guess from the mismatched looking furniture, bowls and plates is that this is a family business. From a brief chat with the gentleman who served my food, he explained he had been running the place for 14 years! Definitely a lot of experience under his belt.PS. A similarly named business (not related) called Sam's Oriental Market is about 2 blocks away and sells the same awesome meatballs they serve here.
Small place that is easy to miss. Just had an amazing Vietnamese sub that was tons of food . Was also very inexpensive (under $10) Highy recommended.
What a terrible experience at Sam's! The waiter was unfriendly to say the least. My boyfriend got his food and it was wrong and the server went back behind the counter and never came back to see what the issue was with his food. Worst service ever. If i could not rate this at all I would. The meal wasnt worth what I paid for it. Save your money and go somewhere decent.
