Second time here and it was very messy again. The food is good and I love the drink machine but the service is not the friendliest. Talked to 3 staff and all seemed sad or depressed even after a compliment. Never did see anyone smile. Think i will just go back to using the drive thru.

Drive through order, Dave's single cheeseburger combo and had a coupon for the proper item and told them over the intercom I have a coupon for the combo for $6.09 (+ taxes). Get to the first window, provide coupon cashier says $7.54. I said that's too much, she's says taxes. I say I understand that but with the coupon that's still too much. Unfortunately she doesn't speak or understand English very well and just repeats "taxes, taxes" so I overpay, and get the food and drive off not to hold up the line anymore. My math shows 6.09 X 1.05 = $6.40. Why the hell even bother issuing coupons if they aren't honored or the staff can't figure it out. Not the first time having issues here. Really don't know why I bother going back. Wrangled in with savings just to be bent over again. Not going back nor recommending ever again.
Staff great. Food very good - tasty,hot,fast. Very noisy though. Not fault of staff. Some parents just don't have control of their kids.
