Pretty nice room and good service
They take a deposit from you for pets , which should be for cleaning the rooms after guests dogs make it dirty or make an accident . Well this isnt the case here we were with the baseball team and when we got in the room it smelled like dog urine and the bathtub was beyond gross , this was also the same thing for another family in the team with a dog . Our dogs were constantly smelling the floors and would not settle in . Then the next morning going for breakfast the breakfast coupon was made for two people instead of the four that we checked in with , I thought it was a mistake. The front desk lady says oh no , you have to pay extra if there is four people its going to be 20$ more or else you just pay for the breakfast . She says this after I was waiting 20 minutes at the front desk while I can see her in the back room eating breakfast . Will never be back and will not recommend to my friends who will be back here .
The Staff is by far the best I have encountered on both hotel and resteraunt sides. I stayed a month and got to know everyone a little. Tegan is probably by far the most beautiful woman these eyes have seen and it was great getting a "good morning!" from her.Sam, Theresa and Marie are cool, cool girls and heading down to order supper everynight was most excellent!And then there is Mrs. K, Jim and Maria. That place would fall the hell apart without them.Will miss you all.
Stayed for the weekend and was very pleased with the hotel. They provide a decent breakfast and the hotel room we stayed in was spotless. They need to work on the front desk staff as I felt they were quite bothered by any request. I understand that guests can be a bit much sometimes, but without them, you have an empty hotel.
Not a very good experience than i thought.. Had to open the sliding window just to get some cold air due to the HVAC is just giving warm and hot air. Called for help and came told us just to keep it in auto which it was and still nothing change. In this hot summer time the room should at least cold. The air vents full of dust and second day of stay had no internet connection. Called help desk and told us to come downstairs to get the Ethernet cable due to the wireless network has problem. My laptop apple is not supported with Ethernet cable and really! She told me to get it myself? I don't think this is a good customer service at all..
