First, the staff was very accommodating. We went to the Calgary Stampede that day and we were going to the states the next day so we went to Brooks because it was far enough from Calgary to not pay Stampede price. I called the motel to see how late they were open and if they could stay open to check us in and they said they'd wait till 11pm, an hour after they closed which was perfect. We ended up getting in at 10pm and they had everything ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting could've been better. We didn't stay long in Brooks so I can't say much for the area. Overall the stay was nice. We didn't use the pool so no review for that.
Friendly staff, very accommodating and kind. Basic room that's clean and just what i needed after 12 hours on the road. The only downside is the noisy people in the next room but that's a given at any motel. The woman at reception was willing to stay open later to ensure we got a room. I would definitely stay here again.
Good location on the main road with decent rooms and WiFi if needed for working.
